Site Manager

We are working with a well-established national fit-out contractor delivering projects across defence, government, commercial and office sectors. While the business operates nationwide with multiple offices, this role sits within their Queensland team and will be delivering projects across the Brisbane market.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to bring on a Site Manager.

About the Role

This is a permanent role with ongoing work across Brisbane. You’ll be responsible for delivering commercial fit-out projects from site set-up through to completion, including:

• Day-to-day site management and subcontractor coordination

• Managing quality, programme, safety and reporting

• Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders

• Driving projects through to practical completion

You’ll be client-facing, so communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Site Manager / Project Supervisor within commercial fit-out

• Defence or government exposure (highly regarded, not essential)

• Confident dealing directly with clients and consultants

• Strong coordination skills across trades and subcontractors

• Good understanding of WHS, compliance and site reporting

• Must be eligible to obtain defence clearance (no criminal history)
